Terms of service

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Reuleaux, Inc.(“we”) and the business that signs up for Marlo (“you”). By using Marlo you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

What Marlo does

Marlo answers your business's calls and texts with an AI assistant, books appointments into your calendar, tells you what happened, and, on plans that include them, texts your customers and runs your website and booking page. You use it through the Marlo app and marlo.reuleaux.app.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your phone and codes to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team does in it. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.

Plans, the free trial and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you pick one. Each includes a number of AI minutes a month; you can buy more.
  • The free trial lasts 7 days with 40 AI minutes. It starts when you save a card, and nothing is charged until it ends. One free trial per card.
  • Moving to another plan takes effect right away; the difference is prorated on your next bill.
  • If a payment fails, Marlo keeps answering while Stripe retries the card. If it can't be collected, the plan ends.
  • Prices can change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from Plan & billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then ends; we don't refund part of a month. When a plan ends, Marlo stops answering and your calls ring your own phone again, texts to customers, the Assistant and your website stop, and your calls, customers and history stay in the app so you can restart anytime. You can also delete your account, which deletes everything (see the privacy policy).

The AI, and what you check

Marlo is an AI and can misunderstand a caller or get something wrong. Check what it books and says, keep your business details, prices and hours up to date in the app, and don't rely on it for emergencies: it tells callers who describe one to hang up and call 911. Marlo tells every caller it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded; you're responsible for any other notice or consent the law where you work requires.

Texting your customers

Marlo texts only people who contacted your business, and stops all texts to anyone who replies STOP. Don't use Marlo to send marketing to people who didn't ask for it, or anything unlawful. Phone companies must approve your business before texts go out; we file that for you on paid plans.

Acceptable use

Don't use Marlo to break the law, harass anyone, send spam or robocalls, collect payment or health information it isn't built for, or to get around its limits or security. We can suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Your information

Your business's information and your customers' information are yours. You let us use them only to run Marlo for you, as the privacy policy describes. Marlo, its software and its brand are ours.

Availability

We work to keep Marlo running at all times, and if it can't answer, your calls ring your phone instead of going dead. But the service is provided “as is”, and we can't promise it will never be interrupted or never make a mistake.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you in the app before a change that matters takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Questions: help@reuleaux.app.
